I sm having trouble loading xdebug. I installed IDE exp 2.2.0 installer. I followed your step by step for 2.0.13. I have dll in ext folder and zend-extenstion_ts set to proper path. I have a local Apache server and php-cgi.exe and php.ini are set to local php. Also is it "idekey" or "ide_key as in options? I do not see the xdebug in phpinfo results.
Any help appreciated.
