> Help menu doesn't load help files
There's a least 4 reasons...
1- Dev-PHP doesn't provide any help file - you have to download it first (http://php.net/download-docs.php)
2- Downloaded .chm files must be "unblocked". From ms-explorer right-cliçk on the filename -> properties, then click the button at bottom right (on Microsoft Vista this is done in the "security" options).
3- Dev-PHP must "know" the location of downloaded help file. Dev-PHP menu Options » General options » Extra Enter the full pathname of the "unblocked" downloaded .chm file (thru the ellipsis button from the column "documentation" relative to the "PHP" item.
4- The possibility of a bug must not be excluded.
