Hi. I'm trying Dev-PHP v.1.3.0.
I think that the hot-tracking on the grid of script's function isn't really good. I'll try to explain: when I start write code I put the mouse around the screen. Every time the mouse finish over the functions list the text editor lost the focus so I must stop write, move the mouse outside the grid, click the text editor and put the mouse on a safe position (not only the pointer on the screen ;-) ).
I know that this isn't a real bug, but I think that older version of the program was better without hot-tracking.
