Dev-PHP has a menu called "Externals" which allows to launch other programs. The data entered here will populate this menu. Just enter a name which will appear in the menu, and the command line to execute. You can use the %CURRFILE% parameter to pass the current file name in the command line.
But Dev-PHP does not provide such a converter program. Should there be one, however - and if so which one?
