Setting are not retained after program restart and also "Documentation" window is allways opened at startup but greyed.

Versions of Dev-PHP + ms-windows?

Which settings are not saved / restored ?
Did you use the installer or did you just download the exe? The former must be executed at first.

Documentation window is greyed.
Did you "unlock" the chm file?

Hi Anonymous,
Everything works fine for me. Maybe you've downloaded the "devphp.exe" without its environment. This environment is initialized via the installer, so all you have to do is to download then run the installer.
