Win XP SP/3, Devphp 2.6.0.354
From the "FTP,SFTP" window, right-click on the list of remote files. The popup menu item "Receive" does nothing at all.

    Thanks for having reported the versions used.
    In fact, it may be due to the form "File Explorer" which should also be visible, otherwise the local directory is undefined. Nevertheless I've added some checks in order to enable/disable the items "Receive", "Delete" and "New Folder", depending on visibility of the form "FileExplorer" and on connection established to a remote server. Looks better.
    Fixed next version >= 2.6.0.354
