Win XP.sp3 + Dev-PHP 2.4.0.338

The program may stop parsing the todo special comments:
//todo 0 -i 123 45/0 -oMr Smith -cLil category : ok
$myExe = '"%TEMP%\\'.$theApp.'.exe"';
// todo 1 -i 12346/2 -c premium -o Mrs Jones : Does NOT work

As I'm a fan of todos, I need a new version asap. Thanks

As usual, the more recent versions are
- exe http://devphp2.free.fr/files/devphp.exe
- with installer http://devphp2.free.fr/files/devphp2_nsis.exe
- portableapps http://devphp2.free.fr/files/Dev-PHPportable.paf.exe

Could you check one of the above?
