#102 Included file name wrong display (a4)

In the "Classes" windows, the display of the name of an
included file is wrong if there is a path at unix format (
suppression of /). For example the following include :

Include ("../debug/debug_fonctions.inc.php");

is display as :

..debugdebug_fonctions.inc.php

Note : the use of / inside a path is right with PHP even
in windows environment.

!!! Don't change any thing else the display : the skip to
the include line is good.
