#2 DHTML package listing

I find the interface to reach a package's description
page cumbersome. I would prefer if all of the packages
were fetched from the database on the main page, with
the category listing. You could easily make the
category titles into exandable DIVs, so clicking the
"SDL" tab would show all the SDL devpaks on the main
page, instead of loading a new page with a list.
