#33 Patch for the (T)SWITCH transform to be able to assign empty string

A patch to allow the transform (T)SWITCH to be able to assign an empty string (length 0)
Example:
newoid : SWITCH : {oldoid} >=1=,

With this patch you dont need to add
if you want to simulate (with some drawback) this functionnality, It should be much cleaner and also it is more intuitive.
