#26 Add transform SET

This patch implements a new transform called SET. Using SET, a repeater-type OID can be (pre)set to a list of constant values. Transform SET is, like transform MATCH, meant to be used to handle a class of sub-optimally designed MIBs. The attached patches show the differences against a version of Devmon which includes the patches already published here, but which are not (yet) integrated into the Devmon trunk.
