#24 Align columns of a TABLE to the right side

Tables created by Devmon typically contain numerical values in many columns. Those columns look nicer if the (numerical) value is aligned to the right side of the column. This patch adds the capability to create right aligned columns. If the column separator in the TABLE definition in file 'message' is '|' the column is aligned to the left side, if the separator is '|>', the column (on the right of this separator) is aligned to the right side.
