I haven't used this template, but I have found sometimes when one test
fails it causes a bit of a "domino effect" to more tests (even ones that
were responding ok).

When this happens:
- I parse/grab all the OIDs from the tests and SNMPGet them each manually
to see what the response is.
- start with the template being just one test that works (something
simple/generic like uptime), then add each test manually (one at a time of
course) to see when it fails.
- "tail -f" the devmon log file
