Here's what I got for PaloAlto:

There are 2 attached templates which poll an HA cluster of 2 5060's in active-standby config.
I poll the out-of-band interface of each firewall separately (not the VIP) because I want HA status on each.
(you'll notice the HA thresholds on the standby template trigger when it's active. That way the change is noted and flagged).

Also, depending on code level, the snmp port index numbers sometimes change (seem to always be off by 2, and the poll on fan RPM changes sometimes with code.
