Hi ,
Any new about Template :
You need to change the spec file:

vendor    : VMware
model    : *ESXi*
snmpver    : 2
sysdesc : VMware ESX 5

Find in attached file ,the template esxi5.1

However , this template works for disk and memory but not for hosts.
