You can force the template from the hosts file if need be. I do this all the time with hardware that's the same, but I have different requirements on what I'm monitoring. My hosts file: <host ip> <host name> #snmp:model(Nortel;8600-vrrp) My specs file: vendor : Nortel model : 8600-vrrp snmpver : 2 sysdesc : Custom with vrrp template On Fri, Aug 16, 2013 at 2:19 AM, Raja Veeraswamy <raa...@ho...>wrote: > Hi All > We have added recently new CISCO devices. It would be appreciated if some > one shares DEVMON template for CISCO3945-CHASSIS and cisco catalyst -6509E. > I have checked already available templates on this link ( > http://sourceforge.net/p/devmon/code/243/tree/trunk/templates/cisco-6509/),it > is not working and got the below error. > [13-08-16@08:15:52] No matching templates for device: > swa1ger.de.gmbh-clearing.com[13-08-16@08:15:52] No matching templates for > device: swa2ger.de.gmbh-clearing.com > Best Regards > Raja.V > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Get 100% visibility into Java/.NET code with AppDynamics Lite! > It's a free troubleshooting tool designed for production. > Get down to code-level detail for bottlenecks, with <2% overhead. > Download for free and get started troubleshooting in minutes. > http://pubads.g.doubleclick.net/gampad/clk?id=48897031&iu=/4140/ostg.clktrk > _______________________________________________ > Devmon-support mailing list > Dev...@li... > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/devmon-support > -- Ken Connell Intermediate Network Engineer Computer & Communication Services Ryerson University 350 Victoria St RM AB50 Toronto, Ont M5B 2K3 416-979-5000 x6709 |
