[Devmon] Request for DEVMON template for CISCO3945-CHASSIS and cisco catalyst -6509E

Hi All
We have added recently new CISCO devices.It would be appreciated if some one shares DEVMON template for CISCO3945-CHASSIS and cisco catalyst -6509E.
I have checked already available templates on this link (http://sourceforge.net/p/devmon/code/243/tree/trunk/templates/cisco-6509/),it is not working and got the below error.
