[Devmon] Transforms - INDEX

Hi all,

I am having difficulty in setting up the INDEX parameter in the transforms 
file

I want to associate the OID name of ifOperStatus2 with the actual 
OperStatus of interface with index #2

My oid file has a branch OID for ifOperStatus as follows

ifOperStatus         :.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.8: branch

My transform file has a config as follows

ifOperStatus2                     : INDEX         : IF-MIB::ifOperStatus.2

I keep getting the error:

"INDEX transform uses only a single oid at 
/usr/local/devmon/templates/device/int/transforms, line 1

Does anybody have an example transform file that uses INDEX as a parameter 
or know what i can do to resolve the issue?
