Didn't make end of the week, but it is done.

I also added a devmon-devel list, and I am subscribed to it (I think). =
So, I would like to move development discussions (e.g. new template =
submissions until we find a better mechanism, discussions of development =
aspects) moved there if possible.

I will try and do some actual contributions (initially just templates) =
this week.
