Didn't make end of the week, but it is done.

I have imported and tagged 0.2.2, 0.3.0-beta2, and templates-20070306.

I also added a devmon-devel list, and I am subscribed to it (I think). So, I 
would like to move development discussions (e.g. new template submissions 
until we find a better mechanism, discussions of development aspects) moved 
there if possible.

I will try and do some actual contributions (initially just templates) this 
week.
