As discussed in private mail, you have as much access to svn as I do, so you 
are free to do the imports. However, I would prefer to start of with 
importing cronologically with at least tags, and I haven't had enough time to 
sort out all the issues (as up to now I have mainly used svn, not 
administered a repository).

I hope to get all the svn import etc. work done by the end of this week so we 
can get moving on this project (I have a few templates I would like to add at 
least).
