Kaya (xbgmsharp) and I are busy setting up things on the devmon sf project 
after getting access to it. Hopefully by the end of next week we should have 
most things up and running.

The question for templates is how we want to handle contributions. My 
preference is that we release templates often (e.g. once a month or so). If 
this is not sufficient, people could pull the templates from svn (which I 
have activated on sf, but we still need to import the previous releases etc. 
before we get started).

If this is not sufficient, we should discuss further how to handle template 
contributions (e.g. svn write access to people who actively work on 
templates).
