When i walk it i get:
[hobbit@gsonc-spg-ops-1 pdu]$ snmpwalk -v 2c -c public gsonc-arc-
ups-1 .1.3.6.1.4.1.476.1.42.3.6.2.0
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.476.1.42.3.6.2.0 = INTEGER: 0
So I assumed it was a leaf.
