[Devmon] group effort of enrich devmon templates

Thanks for the great devmon software and good documentation.

I just realized that there are lots of effort need to be spent on devmon 
templates for different kind snmp agents.

Shouldn't we distribute  the burden and reuse others' effort ?

I will need to write a template for ONStor 2260. and following  templates 
are nice to have.

Assume common snmp agent by net-snmp
RH Linux
Solaris
HP-UX

Windows XP/2003.

Any taker to join the effort ?
