Curious. What chassis type & generation are the servers you are monitoring? We are using HP ProLiant DL360/80 and a few ML380s. We've had it running on G2 Proliants and upwards. Another question: How do you have hpasm configured? =20 Our configuration: No kernel tainting Enable snmp monitoring Enable storage monitoring Enable performance monitoring Disable hpsmh (shouldn't matter, but...) I was runung against hpasm-7.5.1-8.rhel4 But I upgraded a dev box to 7.8 (hpasm-7.8.0-88.rhel4), and that has the same=20 problem for me (and same solution).
