[Devmon] Feature Request: Global variable

I have recently deployed Devmon in our infrastructure (approx 80
routers/switches).  One feature that I think would be very useful is having
global variable(s) to control the look of the output.  For example, I would
like to move the "Alarming on" text below the actual data.  The information
contained in "Alarming on" is not needed as often as the rest of the data.
Right now I have to edit each template and each test within those to add the
"alarmsonbottom" text next to TABLE.

Another related feature request:  Can you make a global variable to change
the text of "Alarming on" to something else like "Monitoring".  Our support
folks were worried that "Alarming on" meant that there were problems on each
of the interfaces listed after that text.

I have a few other feature requests / bugs / template additions, but I will
send those in a separate email.
