[Devmon] Error trying to run Devmon

I=20get=20the=20error=20above=20when=20trying=20'/usr/local/devmon/devmon
--readbbhosts'.=20The=20path=20is=20correct=20and=20the=20file=20is=20read=
able.=20Putting
the=20path=20in=20single/double=20quotes=20causes=20a=20bigger=20barf.

Has=20anyone=20come=20across=20this=20problem=20before,=20and=20can=20anyo=
ne=20suggest=20where
I=20should=20be=20looking?
