Well, That highlighted a dumb error on my part. I had the IP address wrong and have been monitoring a PIX Firewall instead of the 2821 router for a while now. No wonder devmon had a problem with the sysdesc field. The template is mostly working now. Thanks again for devmon, It is a great tool Craig -----Original Message----- From: dev...@li...
