HI all, I'm trying to create my own template (first one) for a new Cisco Nexus n7000 switch. I see in the documentation the INDEX transforms option but the example is not very good and I can't get it to work. Unfortunately with the new Nexus switches the ifName, ifAlias, etc. is not stored using a number which is just incremented, but by an Index you can find in the ifIndex field (OID = .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.1 ). So to get the name you need the ifIndex and then you can get the correct ifName. Like: IF-MIB::ifIndex.436207616 = INTEGER: 436207616 IF-MIB::ifDescr.436207616 = STRING: Ethernet1/1 Can anyone help me get a correct format for the INDEX transforms entry?
