No, the templates are maintained in svn (see 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/devmon/develop)

I would like to try and do a new template release in the next month or so, but 
there are some changes in svn that (now that I have access to a device) I 
don't quite like, and some fixes to those on my production monitoring box I 
need to commit ...

I have been using the temp test from the 6509 templates for a while, I've just 
added it to the 7206 template in svn.
