Also, make sure you are running the SNMP modules on the router. Finally, I have found it depends on the version of the O/S on the device. Some of the older versions will not produce the SNMP data for all the tests in devmon. .....Bruce Bruce White Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer | Phone: 630-671-5169 | Fax: 630-893-1648 | be...@fe... | http://www.fellowes.com/ Disclaimer: The information contained in this message may be privileged and confidential and protected from disclosure. Subject: Re: [Devmon] Cisco router not collecting data Seems clear that you either have the wrong SNMP community or have an access list on your routers that restricts either SNMP access or maybe a firewall is blocking the access. These should be your first areas to check. ___________________________________________ Guðmundur Örn Ingvarsson Landsbankinn Unix Infrastructure Administrator Core Systems IT - CS IT Sími / Tel.: (+354) 410 6730 Farsími / Mobile: (+354) 820 5074 Fax: (+354) 410 3032 gud...@la... www.landsbanki.is -----Original Message----- From: Ambati Srinivas [mailto:am....@gm...] Sent: 8. desember 2009 12:55 To: dev...@li...
