Is this a custom template, or a template supplied by devmon?

If it is a custom template, please supply the contents of the "message" file. 
If you are not using the NCV or devmon RRD collector, please also tell us 
which collector you are using. 

If it is not a custom template, and you have not modified it, please tell us 
which template you are using.
