I thought you were looking for where to log a ticket ... if you were looking 
for the cisco-mds9000 template, I added it directly in svn (when I had access 
to these devices):

http://devmon.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/devmon/trunk/templates/cisco-mds9500/

You can either do an svn checkout (e.g. if you plan to contribute templates), 
or hit the "Download GNU tarball" link.

Hmm, I probably need to update that cdp test ...
