[Devmon] Devmon/Nagios/Nsclient

I have recently setup a test environment with Xymon and Devmon.  I also
have a current Cacti environment setup and wondered if there is a way to
have Devmon monitor some of the windows perfmon stats that Cacti can
handle with Nagios & Nsclient.  I want to be able to monitor disk queue
length which can be obtained from perfmon.  I have been able to do this
with Cacti and figure there has to be some way to do this same thing
with Devmon.  Any ideas?
