For those who didn't notice, I released 0.3.1-beta1 on 23 Jan. 

I would appreciate feedback from anyone who has run this. Release notes are 
available on the links included below.

There's not much else I want to get in to the 0.3.1 code release, I am only 
currently working in more templates (and the changes I actually want to make 
are too intrusive for 0.3.1, so I want to get this release out the door).
