All templates that have been contributed are in svn ... (well, besides two 
that one of my colleagues created last week which I haven't had time to commit 
yet).

However, I quite often see people posting questions relating to their own 
templates, which they haven't provided ... which I can't include in svn.

The method I would prefer for templates to be contributed is via an 'svn diff' 
attached to a tracker item, however tarballs to the mailing list are 
sufficient.
