You haven't installed the SNMP_Session perl module, which is a requirement.

Did you read the INSTALLATION file, shipped in the docs directory of the 
archive (it does mention installation of SNMP_Session and provides a URL for 
it) ? IMHO, the webpage you reference above is unnecessary, I think the 
INSTALLATION documentation covers this topic more comprehensively (I could add 
snmp troubleshooting, but I thought that was obvious ...).
