[Devmon] Progressing towards release

I managed to complete fixes for some of the last issues regarding generic 
graphing support for Devmon in hobbit (see 
http://devmon.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/devmon/trunk/extras/hobbit-4.2.0-devmon.patch).

My current plan is to try and validate one of the changes to Hobbit in this 
patch, and then bump the version number to 0.3.0-rc1, and assuming there are 
no major issues anyone can report, tag and release it by tomorrow.

The last few things I can think of are maybe some documentation updates, and 
ChangeLog.

So ... if there is something that I have missed which you think need to be 
fixed by the rc ... I need to know now.
