Hi out there,
we are running devmon for some time now to monitor Cisco and APC
devices. Everything is working fine so far.
I'm now about to create a template for our Rittal PMC Twin UPS. The OIDs
conform to RFC 1628 so my oid file looks like this:
"
upsIdentModel : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.1.2 : leaf
upsBatteryStatusNum : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.2.1 : leaf
upsSecondsOnBattery : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.2.2 : leaf
upsEstimatedChargeRemaining : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.2.4 : leaf
upsEstimatedMinutesRemaining : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.2.3 : leaf
upsInputVoltage1 : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.3.3.1.3.1 : leaf
upsInputVoltage2 : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.3.3.1.3.2 : leaf
upsInputVoltage3 : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.3.3.1.3.3 : leaf
upsOutputSourceNum : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.4.1 : leaf
upsOutputVoltage1 : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.4.4.1.2.1 : leaf
upsOutputVoltage2 : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.4.4.1.2.2 : leaf
upsOutputVoltage3 : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.4.4.1.2.3 : leaf
upsOutputPercentLoad1 : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.4.4.1.5.1 : leaf
upsOutputPercentLoad2 : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.4.4.1.5.2 : leaf
upsOutputPercentLoad3 : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.4.4.1.5.3 : leaf
upsBatteryTemperature : .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.2.7 : leaf
"
We are able to retrieve the snmp-data for all used oids via snmpget
without any problem. But when I run devmon the devmon.log gives me:
"
[08-08-29@12:04:44] No SNMP data found for upsSecondsOnBattery on
RIMATRIX-TKG
[08-08-29@12:04:44] No SNMP data found for upsBatteryStatusNum on

[08-08-29@12:04:44] No SNMP data found for upsOutputSourceNum on

"
The Data for upsInputVoltage1-3, upsOutputVoltage1-3 and
upsOutputPercentLoad1-3 are retrieved without problem. I can't see an
obvious error in the oid file (formatting is strict to the devmon
templates). Has anyone experienced that kind of behaviour before and can
provide help on this?
Thanks
Peter
