[Devmon] Devmon Templates

I am working on a template for a Valere DC Power plant.  The problem that I
am having is where at the top of the table I have "Alarming on (1,1,1,1)".
It needs to say "Alarming on (1-1,1-2,1-3,1-4)".  Here is my setup:

 

TABLE:

Shelf-Rectifier|Current|Capacity|Operational State

{sysShelf}-{sysModule}|{sysCurrentAmp}A|{sysCapacityAmp}A|{sysOpStateNum.col
or} {sysOpState}

 

What it looks like is that devmon pulls "{sysShelf}" and uses that value for
what it shows it's alarming on.  But the values I need it to pull is a
combination of "{sysShelf}-{sysModule}".  Now I started to think that I
could throw something in the transforms file but don't know what Transforms
I would use.

 

{sysShelfId}        : ??????                : ({sysShelf}-{sysModule})

 

I just need it to be able to show the shelf and module combined together so
that it says it's alarming on each individual shelf-module.

I am having an issue with a cisco-4948 template that I was wondering if
someone could assist.  I created a copy of the cisco-4948 folder and named
it cisco-4948a, modified the specs file, and then put one of my 4948’s in
the group to play with.  I made some changes for the Temperature because it
wasn’t graphing so I decided to start graphing with NCV.  I went in and made
all the modifications on the hobbit side and then made this change in
devmon.

 

Old message file

TABLE:rrd(DS:ds0:TempStateF:COUNTER)

Device/Module|Temperature (F)

{TempDesc}|{TempStateF}

 

New message file

TEMP: {TempState}

-->

{TempState.color} {TempDesc}:  {TempState}°C

 

Now this worked with the one 4948 in it’s own template but when I went to
modify the 4948’s for the whole system this is what I get:

And I am trying to figure out why it’s not wanting to work with the
cisco-4948 template but it will with the cisco-4948a template.
