#16 correct typedefs for GL
- v10 definition is definitely wrong, because it is not at all used for vertex definitons. Suggesting n10 as new name (as fp1.9 datatype for normals)
- v10 is a fp4.6 datatype required for vertex definitions
- glVertex3v10(x,y,z) function is missing (using corrected v10 as parameter types) and writing to GFX_VERTEX10 (higher performance vertex function)

I could also do this work (incl. updating the conversion functions like v10toxxx(),xxxtov10(),... and adding new ones) and prepare/send a patch if it would be ok to change the definitions, otherwise I can spare the time :-)
