It seems like the handler for IRQ_NETWORK you have set up to update the clock never gets called on the 3DS. Is the 3DS' DS mode missing this functionality, or is there a bug in libnds?

Knowing about the issue and being able to fix it are two entirely different things unfortunately.

Currently we don't know if the IRQ is missing on 3DS or if there's another flag somewhere to allow it
