Update of /cvsroot/devil-linux/build/scripts/configuration/help In directory sc8-pr-cvs1.sourceforge.net:/tmp/cvs-serv9711/scripts/configuration/help Added Files: longhaul.help shfs.help Log Message: longhaul and shfs for first time --- NEW FILE: shfs.help --- CONFIG_SHFS SHFS (sshfs) is a simple and easy to use Linux kernel module which allows you to mount remote filesystems using (secure) shell connection. It includes amd automounter integration and rpm/deb package support. For more information: http://sourceforge.net/projects/shfs/ --- NEW FILE: longhaul.help --- CONFIG_LONGHAUL The VIA C3 processor includes a powersaving feature whereby the CPU clock multiplier may be changed while the CPU is operating. VIA calls this feature "longhaul"(tm). The longhaul driver included with the 2.4 kernel does not work on the most recent VIA C3 CPUs. So here is the fix :) For more information: http://www3.sympatico.ca/howlettfamily/epia/longhaul.html |
