This email is to inform you about the release of version '0.17' of
'gettext' through freshmeat.net. All URLs and other useful information can

The changes in this release are as follows:
The programs are now under the GPLv3; the libintl library stays under
the LGPLv2. The msgcat program can now output PO files in a colorized
way. The coloring is customizable. Support for KDE4 format strings has
been added.
