The changes in this release are as follows:
This release provides various bugfixes, optimisations, and
improvements to the scanning engine. New features include support for
ARJ and SFX-ARJ archives, a basic SPF parser in clamav-milter (to
reduce phishing false positives), faster scanning, and others. To get
consistent behaviour of the anti-phishing module on all platforms,
libclamav now includes the regex library from OpenBSD.

Project description:
Clam AntiVirus is an anti-virus toolkit designed especially for email
scanning on mail gateways. It provides a number of utilities,
including a flexible and scalable multi-threaded daemon, a
commandline scanner, and a tool for automatic database updates. The
core of the package is an anti-virus engine available as a shared
library.
