The changes in this release are as follows:
This is a major new feature release that includes the ability to
chainload a new configuration file at runtime, possibly from a custom
module. A new "RAID mode" makes booting from RAID-1 more reliable. A
number of new APIs have been added to make the writing of custom
modules easier. There are a number of other enhancements to the menu
system, as well as support for the "include" directive in the
configuration file.

Project description:
SYSLINUX is a collection of boot loaders for the Linux operating
system which operates on Linux EXT2/EXT3 filesystems, MS-DOS FAT
filesystems, network servers using PXE firmware, or from CD-ROMs.
SYSLINUX has an advanced extension API and contains two optional menu
systems. It also includes MEMDISK, a tool for booting legacy operating
systems from non-traditional media like PXE or CD-ROM.
