This email is to inform you about the release of version '2.3' of
'Python-LDAP' through freshmeat.net. All URLs and other useful information

The changes in this release are as follows:
OpenLDAP 2.3.x is required to build now. Optional support was added
for the Cancel operation. Fixes were made for Python 2.5 on 64-bit
platforms. The ldap.dn.str2dn() function was added for parsing DN
strings.

Project description:
python-ldap provides an object-oriented API to access LDAP directory
servers from Python programs. It wraps the OpenLDAP 2.x libs for that
purpose.
