The changes in this release are as follows:
Issues with truncated files when restoring encrypted backups were
fixed. Quick disconnect FD code was added (SD releases the FD
connection as soon as all data has been received and then does the
remaining spooling on its own). ClientRunBeforeJob was reverted to
what it was in 1.38.x to fix connection issues for long running
scripts (it will not be able to generate Include/Exclude lists any
more). Bacula no longer attempts to rewind FIFOs.
