This email is to inform you about the release of version '1.4.5' of 'GNU
Transport Layer Security Library' through freshmeat.net. All URLs and

The changes in this release are as follows:
When a GnuTLS server receives a SSLv2 client hello for an unknown TLS
version, it now tries to negotiate the highest version supported by
the GnuTLS server, instead of the lowest. A typographical error in
doc/examples/ex-serv-pgp.c was fixed.

secure layer over a reliable transport layer such as TCP/IP. It
implements the TLS 1.1 and SSL 3.0 protocols, accompanied with
authentication methods such as X.509, OpenPGP, and SRP.
