The changes in this release are as follows:
Consistent timestamps are used in logfiles. The kMG option was fixed.
libadd was made more robust. The debug target for eval was added.
cfgmaker does foundry switches now. The expscale graph option was
added. A sample startup script was added to the contrib directory.

Project description:
The Multi Router Traffic Grapher (MRTG) is a tool to monitor the
traffic load on network-links. MRTG generates HTML pages containing
GIF/PNG images which provide a live visual representation of this
traffic.
